I have several older course created in Presenter. I need to publish them with HTML5. When I try to publish from Presenter 360 for LMS, it only shows that it's publishing with flash. How can I fix this?
To start, what happens when you click the Formats property on the Publish window to open and select the options on the Publish Formats view:
Also, would you mind sharing an affected Articulate Package with me so I can take a closer look? You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by using this upload link. I'll delete it after troubleshooting!
I just uploaded one of the files privately to see if you can help me figure out what is wrong. And then my co-worker showed me how to get there and magically it's fixed. I didn't realize you could click on "flash" and see this screen (it didn't come up in my training and it doesn't look like a link/button. Thanks for the response!
You and your teammate are spot-on: Click on the option that's currently selected to the right of Formats: to open that Publish Formats view. From there, you can choose which format(s) get included in your published output—HTML5, Flash, and/or Articulate Mobile Player.
