Presenter and Saba Cloud

I have a client who has been using our courses with a Saba LMS for some time. We have had issues, but everything was straightened out and working fine.
Now they have transitioned to Saba Cloud and we can't get completions.
Our test course is a 16 slide course that is tracked using 16 of 16 slides being viewed. I have not tried dropping that number yet.
The report status is set to Completed/Incomplete to avoid any Mastery Score issues. The client has tried it with and without "Is Scoring?" checked.
Has anyone had experience with this type of migration yet?

I have an update from my client. Evidently they are receiving a Mastery Score from the manifest file.
Evidently is sending a value of zero.
Does anyone know if I can just edit this out or is there another way to make Articulate exclude this?

Not sure what version of Saba you're using, but we have a documented issue with 5.4 (SCORM 1.2), where the course never shows completed.

I applied that patch a while ago.
It looks like Articulate is placing in the manifest even when using an Incomplete status. We're manually removing that entry and then going to test to see if this is the cause.
