Presenter errors May 24, 2018 By Kirsten Kenny I'm new to Articulate 360, but whatever I select from the Articulate tab in PowerPoint, I get an error message saying that it needs to close and asking me to detail what I was doing prior to the failure. Any ideas why this doesn't work? Thanks Kirsten

Sounds like you may need to conduct a repair of the software to get back to good. Just let us know if you need anything further after that.
