Presenter Fail on Publish....

Hi,

Every publish I make results in this error.....I need to reboot, then all OK again.

Until the next time...Wasting huge amounts of time for me.

All files local etc....

Any ideas?

Thanks Peter - but as the Admin/owner of the PC that's only 33% full that's not it I'm afraid...

At the very least it reminds me of why I moved to Storyline

Bruce, how long is the path where you're publishing to? Maybe it exceeds the character limit (not sure if it's 128 characters or 256).

I'm sure the support guys would be willing to do some thorough investigating if you'd like.

Taking you up on the offer - have now had 9 failure in a row with same course.....

Getting very frustrated and out of pocket!

Hey Bruce,

Looks like you and John decided to put this one on hold for now after you were able to get it published. I'd still love to know why you were having so much trouble with it though, so if it starts acting up again, don't hesitate to let us know and we can try digging a little deeper.
