I have just moved from the free trial of your software to my own account. I activated the presenter, engage and quiz maker fine using the keys but when I then tried to open the project I was working on it just says that presenter is unable to open the project file and I can't do anything. Any ideas?
Is this the error message you're getting? There are directions included in there for either the locked PPTA file or if it's corrupt. If you need anything else let us know!
