When I go to "preview slides" or a "range of slides" there are no choices. Just blank boxes. Help please. used to see slide numbers when I did this. Now nothing to choose from.

I am not familiar with this error, but it appears to be a system error based on my search.
Do you have issue with all of your files or just one? My first suggestion would be for you to try to repair your software.
Just happens with presenter 09 and PowerPoint. I did a repair do powerpoint and a reinstall of presenter. No luck.
