Preview not working in Presenter 360

I restarted my machine. That didn't work.

I uninstalled Studio and re-installed yesterday. That didn't work. 

I restarted my machine, again. That didn't work.

Please see attached error message.

You've done all the steps that I would have suggested to start, so thanks for letting us know!

Next, I'd suggest working with our Support team so that they can dig a bit deeper into what's happening. I opened a case for you, so you should see a notification soon, and if you're able to upload the Presenter files that are causing you trouble our team will take a look and get back to you as soon as they can!
