It sounds to me that the Storyline 3 .exe installation file isn't appearing on your computer – yikes! Have you had a chance to see if you have any issues with the .zip file?
In the meantime, I've opened a case with our Support Engineers so we can get you fixed up as quickly as possible. You should receive a confirmation email with some next steps soon, and I'll also follow along!
