Hello, I have a problem importing Powerpoint presentations. We tried all the options that were described in the solution to the error, but nothing helped.
Have you tried using PowerPoint's 'Reuse Slides' feature to import your slides by batches? You can do this to import your slides one at a time or in groups, and then publishing and repeating the process until you get to a specific slide that will cause the import to fail. This will usually indicate that there's a corrupted object in the slide which is causing the import process to fail.
If using the Reuse Slides feature doesn't work, would you be willing to share a copy of your PowerPoint presentation file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
