I am having typical issue with loading the articulate course in Firefox 4 from SABA LMS. The issue which i am facing is as below
From SABA LMS when i launch the course in firefox 4 (perticularly) the course hangs at the preolder part it never gets complete. Due to this i am not able to view the articulate course in firefox4. But its working absolutly fine in firefox 7.
Is there any specific resons that it does not work firefox 4 or do i need to make any necessary changes to work in FF4.
Firefox 4 should be able to play the file. However, it sounds like there might be an incompatibility with the LMS and Firefox 4. You can check this by running the player.html file in Firefox 4. If it loads properly on your local machine, then it should work online unless the LMS is indeed interfering with it.
Thanks for the information. I have checked the course in Firefox 4 locally it works absoluty fine. I will connect to the LMS provider on this and seek the information.
