Not an issue I'm familiar with, but your description indicates you are having multiple problems with features that are available within the Articulate tab in Presenter. Please be sure that you are utilizing the latest update, which is Update 8. If so, I would advise a repair of your software to see if this alleviates the issues you are seeing.
