Problems when saving the presentation

Dear all,

Sometimes we worked on presentations the we save before closing them. But then when we open the file again some things are not formatted as we have saved them. Mainly some text colors and sometimes the slide properties also change.

Does someone knows why does this happen?

Hi Ana,

It sounds like you may need to repair your installation of Microsoft Office. Please use the following method to repair your Microsoft Office installation:

Office 2010 / 2007:

Office 2003 / 2002 (XP):

Office 2000:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/264625

Then restart your computer, and verify that the Articulate add-ins are properly enabled in PowerPoint. Here's how:

Then test your software again.
