I've published my Storyline html file on our University web server and when I click the link all I get is a blank page with no errors. Here's the link -
The only server requirements for Articulate content is that it can handle the file types generated by the software, or any files you have added separately.These can include (but are not limited to) HTML, XML, and SWF files.
You'll want to be sure your server supports both the FLV and MP4 MIME types:

You may want to pass this information along to your IT department, if you don't have access to the server settings yourself.
If you've confirmed these MIME types are installed on the University's web server, we may need to take a look at what's happening.
