I have created a set of Online PowerPoint files for our customers to be able to log onto a sit that I assume my company will provide and the trouble am having is once I am done with the project it asks me to publish the file. I have published using WEB and LMS so that I can send this to my supervisor for approval and in all cases he cannot open ATTACHMENTS or HYPERLINKS and when the TEST portion is complete it will not let him (or any others) I have sent this to to be able to perform these features.
Blake has tried to explain to me a couple of remedies but none have worked. I have even taken the published file straight from my laptop and put it on a USB flash drive and plugged it into another computor and it still wont work.
Suggestions?
Blake - please post this to others if I have not and thank you.

That is probably becuase they are not viewing it through a web server, but rather viewing it from their computer's local or network drive.
Here is a link that explains why the Exit button doesn't work ... the same explanation would apply to the Attachments.

Hey Joe - I see you also posted your question in the Articulate Online forum; just wanted to point to that post for a reply.
