I've opened a colleagues file and republished - assumed the colours/branding would pull through. But it doesn't show up as an option on mine and when I publish my files, I can't pull through the branding.

Yes, I mean the template colours and logos etc - or is the XML file that I should have done something with? I'm currently not on my PC to take a screen shot. Is that crucial?

Can you provide a screen shot of what you mean? I assume you mean the template colors and/or the logos that show.
