I am trying to publish a 50 slide presentation using presenter 09. There are no images, nor smart art - only simple text and audio. But it is taking about 15 minutes to publish each slide. At this rate it will take 12 hours to publish. Any advice please?
First, I'm sorry things are going so slowly. At 15 minutes a slide, I'd say there's something going on. Is there any way you can post your project so one of us can look at it?
Many thanks for your response, David. How do I post my project? I contacted support@articulate. They sent me a link saying that I should expect Presenter 09 to be slower than Presenter 5.The page says:
We now support Smart Art animations and this will slow down publishing.
We have improved image support.
We have improved native PowerPoint shape support.
I explained that I am not using smartart or images and several hours seems a bit too much! They have not responded.
If you have a web site w/hosting company like GoDaddy, you can upload via FTP: https://player.vimeo.com/video/145579206 (but you'd upload your zipped project files instead)
You can email it to me and I'll take a look. Depending on what I find (or don't find), you may need to submit to support on Monday. But I'm more than happy to check for some possible issues.
Hi David. Yes - the file was too large. One of the support team has now contacted me and I will send it to them. Again, many thanks for your assistance.
I wasn't able to find a case for Briotus on this issue, so I'm unable to see if or how the issue was resolved. If you've tried all of the suggestions provided in the thread, are you able to send us your files, so we can take a look?

Do you have a Dropbox or YouSendIt account? You could share a direct link from one of those.
There are a couple ways you can share your published files.
Do you know how to use Articulate Studio's Send to Package? It's the best way to package your files: http://www.articulate.com/support/kb_article.php?product=ap9&id=h51y3zz4kt62
Thanks David. I can package the files. But who do I then send them to?

Many thanks, David. I have emailed the package to you.
Hi Briotus - can you verify the package went through? I haven't seen anything and I'm wondering if the file isn't too large for email?
I set up a link for you to upload files to my server: http://multimedialearning.com/upload/
Can you try that and let me know how it works?

Hi, was a solution found for this as I'm facing a very similar problem.
Thanks
Welcome to E-Learning Heroes, Chris!
