I have completed my first articulate course today and noticed that when I click the print button following the quiz I am taken to a simple report that includes the date/time, student name, passing score, and results. Now, when others take the same quiz on their computer this report does not appear for them, they only see the page that contains the print report button. Has anybody had similar issues?
I created it for distribution to an LMS site but it has not yet posted. For me, when I load the presentation everything works as intended. Unfortunately, when others view the presentation the print quiz screen does not respond, although the button is available to select.
I am prohibited from sending files outside of the company I work at.
For the people who are not seeing the print button, how are they viewing this if it is not posted on the LMS? Are they trying to view the file locally on their computer? You could test this on the SCORM Cloud to see how the course should work.

Are you hosting this course on a webserver or a LMS? Is this happening on a particular browser?
Do you have a file to share for us to test the button?
