Thank you for the reply. There was a little hiccup but eventually I got the registration process to reset. However, when I attempted to activate with my previous serial number I get an error message indicating it’s been disabled. It was working up until the software upgrade. Any thoughts?

Thanks for the update here and addition info, Jeremy. I would recommend reaching out to our Support Engineers directly for any activation issue you're seeing by way of this form. If you include your serial number and even a screenshot of the error message you're getting, they'll be able to get to the bottom it as quickly as possible.
