reinstalling Articulate 09 on 2010 version of PPT

Oct 04, 2011

We are currently using Articulate 09 on Microsoft Office 2003 and we will be moving over to 2010. Are there are steps we need to follow other than uninstalling from Office 2003 and reinstalling to 2010? We want to ensure that we do not have any issues once we migrate.

Will project created in 2003 with Articulate have issues when being opened in 2010?

I tried to look through the support pages, but felt that this was an easy option to resolve the question at hand

Regards

Marty

Hi Marty,

Microsoft released a 32-bit and a 64-bit version of Office 2010.  Microsoft recommends installing the 32-bit version.  Articulate Presenter '09 will only work with the 32-bit version.  Presenter '09 also will not work with the Click To Run version of PowerPoint 2010. For more information, please review the following article:

Also, you'll want to make sure that you're using the latest version of the software as compatibility with Office 2010 wasn't added until Update 6:

I am having serious issues. I have been working on Storyline since the first of July and now I can't even get on. I have submitted several inquiries and still can't get on! I have tried and done everything that they have asked me to. What must I do to get some assistance? I have even tried to load Storyline on another computer and am still getting the same issues.   I keep getting this message when trying to open or download Storyline:

Articulate Stroyline has encountered a problem and needs to close.
