Relative branching

I'd like to access a single scenarion from multiple places in the course.  Then, when the scenario is finshed to branch back to the area that I came from rather than a fixed point.  The same way a sub-routine works in software.

I'd also like to find out if there is any way that I can make a decision early in the course that will be remebered so that I can select scarios throughout the course based on that single decision.  For example, I'd choose my job role on an early slide, then I would view all the subsequent scenarios based on that.

Any ideas?
