I'd like to know if its possible to replace the existing logo (top-left logo, not the "powered-by" logo) by editing the playerproperties.xml file, instead of having to republish many, many, many existing lessons
I was intrigued by your question and did a quick test.
I just replaced the "logopanel.swf" file in the "player" folder with an updated one. (I actually used a copy of the powered-by logo swf file and just renamed it). (Technical note: the "logopanel.swf" file name was referenced in the logopanel section of the "playerproperties.xml" file in the data folder - so you could also change the referenced filename there, but you'd still need to put the new one in the "player" folder)
(I would suggest publishing one dummy file with the new logo and use that dummy project's "logopanel.swf" as a replacement.)

It worked for me.
Good luck,

Hi Paul
Nicely done! Works well and is going to save me a lot of time instead of republishing.
Thanks
