I have a subcontractor that provided a zip file saved as an LMS file but I need it saved as SCORM. Is there a way to take this file, open it, and save it?
Welcome to Heroes! I noticed that you had a case (00349304) open with Support. I am just checking to see if your issue was resolved to your satisfaction.
Yes. Working with Topyx staff, they provided me a job aid to open a zipped file, identify the file that had the .manifest file in it, select all and resave as a .zip. I followed it, save it, uploaded it and was able to process it and use it.
