I have a presentation in which I have added 4 pdf documents in the resources tab. When I click the resource tab it opens as a scroll instead of opening a window to display the documents.
It opens the window when I preview but once it has been published it shows a scroll. I'm publishing using scorm 1.2

Can you confirm what version of Storyline you’re using? Go to Help > About Storyline.
After publishing, it sounds like you upload your content to your LMS and launch it from there. Can you let me know what browsers show the scrollbar instead of your Resources list?
If you can share your .story file, I'm happy to publish and test it on my end in SCORM Cloud. We use that platform for testing LMS-hosted courses.
