I want to use the old player template created in Studio 9 in Studio 13. When I tried in import the xml file, I got the message "The player you selected is not supported.". Please advise me how to resolve this issue. Thanks.
The player has been re-designed and presentations upgraded from previous versions will use the default player in Articulate Presenter '13. See this article for more information.
I have already reviewed the articlet (link provided) in your reply. The manager wants to use the old template which allows to hide and unhide the left panel (including Menu, Notes, etc.) Is it possible to have that feature in Studio 13? I could not find it. Please advise. Thanks.

You can change these slide properties as you build your course, but your learner will not have this ability as they did in '09.
