Saving Template for team use

Hi,

I work with two other rapid e-learning "developers".  I have created color theme within a specific template.  I'd like to be able to save that template for the other two folks on my team to use for consistency.

How do I save the template so that the other two can have it as well?  Is there a file that a person can pull out to save to their own computer?
