Scoring multiple quizzes

Really brand new at this, and after spending a couple of hours surfing the tutorials I've got myself more confused. I've just built my first course, the course consists of 3-4 engage slides, followed by a quiz slide. There is then an additional 2-3 engage slides followed by a final quiz slide. Problem is when I attempt to publish it's asking me to only nominate 1 Quiz for grading. I want both quizzes graded so do I need to create this as 2 seperate courses? I tried creating the 1 quiz as 2 groups but now all the quiz questions are showing on the 1 slide rather than seperated???
Sorry this is probably a really silly question.

If you want boh scored you would need to track as seperate quizes
If you just want to ensure they pass both you could track by slides viewed and ensure using branching they can only complete if you pass
