Size of the content screen when using Chrome

Hello;

I'm having a little issue when opening certain published files on Google Chrome: the size of what would be the Power Point slide changes from one file to another, as the frame width increases or decreases. It doesn't seem to happen on Firefox or IE. Not a critical problem, but a bit annoying.

Any ideas about why is this happening?

Hey David!

I'm guessing it might have to do with zoom options within the different browsers. Do you have a link you can share to test this out? If not publicly, feel free to submit a case to our support team so they can help you resolve it. Thanks!

Hi Peter,

I shouldn't think it's a zoom thing, since I'm opening both files consecutively in Chrome and only one of them shrunk... It is kind of random, though, because now it appears at normal size. I'll take a deeper look into it before bothering you submitting a case.
