If I view under template it looks fine but when I viewthe presetnation I do not get the correct template view, missing colors and the slides are off center

First, create an Articulate Presenter Package of your presentation as described here. Then upload the resulting zip file from your computer on the second page of this form, and we''ll attempt to diagnose what's happening when we receive your upload. Thanks!

Don't think it is a DPI issue, only this course out of several doing this. Also doing this on multiple computers
