I have been having a reoccurring problem that when I publish my slides to the web sometimes the slide will zoom in and part of the slide will be cut off. This seems to happen on slides with animations and/or figures drawn in powerpoint. I checked the slide orientation is "4:3 on screen" which is what we want.
In the Orientation > Slides section, do you have the Landscape radio button selected?
If you've ensured that your presentation is set to Landscape and 4:3, and the issue persists, would you mind attaching a screenshot of what you're seeing? Thanks!
Thanks for the response Peter. I did confirm that the slides are in landscape and 4:3. Here is a screenshot. We have done over 100 presentations and this has only happened in 2 presentations, by the same author. Not sure what they are doing differently.
No, I don't believe so. They are fly in and fly out, shape, blinds, and checkerboard. The animations themselves complete fine, its just that the whole screen is zoomed in so they don't appear in the places they are supposed to.
Sorry for the trouble, Ross. If you'd like to Create an Articulate Presenter Package and upload the zip file to us, we'd be happy to take a closer look. You can do that here:

Just wanted to follow-up here for future users who encounter a similar issue. Looks like the issue was Visio Objects. You may find if your Presenter project contains Microsoft Visio objects, the published output will not match the expected outcome. Some of these anomalies may include, Quizmaker quizzes not loading, random graphic placement and random black boxes.
Articulate Presenter does not support Microsoft Visio objects. Please replace all Visio objects with static images. This can be done by right-clicking the Visio object and selecting copy and then using the Paste Special option from PowerPoint and selecting the desired image format (.jpg, .png, .emf or .gif).

Hi Ross,
Are you using wipe animations, by any chance?:

It even happens on a slide with no animations, and no annotatations
