Source for Templates and Characters?

What do people use as a source for ready-made design templates for their e-learning?  I realize every course is different, but a standardized set of text-boxes, light content-friendly backgrounds, and characters would be helpful.  This way one doesn't have to reinvent the wheel every time a course has to be produced in very quick fashion.
