Support options

As I did not purchase the Platinum Membership Plan when purchasing Articulate Studio '09 Pro last year, aside form purchasing an Articulate Live Conference as needed, it appears the only other Articulate support available to me is via the forums, blogs, tutorials, etc that are available online.  I just wanted to validate that I am not missing some other option for purchasing technical support as I need to provide this information to my manager. 

Are there any other options?
