Sync animations issue

I'm using Articulate studio 13 and Office 2013 now.

For me the "sync animation" function does work. Even if I record the sync operations time and time again, it still shows all the content in the slide while I preview it or publish it. 

It's quite strange that while I re-clicked the sync animation button again and clicked the play button, it looked like I never record any animation operation before. But when I clicked the stop button and then clicked the play button the 2nd time, it works! Sadly when I save it and preview/publish again, the animations still not show...

Please help me. I really like your product, which is much more powerful than the build-in audio record function of powerpoint 2013. Thank you!
