I have a 47 slide presentation in Presenter and each one has animations that should be synced with narration. All work as expected but one. It's not any different that the others and after I sync I 'save and close', but it doesn't work when replayed. Any ideas why this would happen?
Sounds like just that one slide may have been damaged somehow. Have you tried re-creating the slide and re-syncing the animations and inserting it and deleting the old one? If that doesn't work, I'd recommend sending us your files so we can take a look at it. Thanks!
Thanks Peter...something is really going wrong with my file. Now I can't do anything in Articulate. The PPT will open but if I click any function in Articulate like Sync Animations or Slide Properties, etc. I get the hour glass and it freezes and doesn't do anything. When I do Save As and try to start over the same thing happens. I've had to do End Task from the Task Manager 4 times now.
I don't know what to do. I'm on a tight deadline and pressed for time. I have only two days to finish, test, and send out to a pilot audience by next week.
Oh my...this sounds so complicated. I have to have admin rights to disable antivirus (IT will never allow that to happen nor do it for me - besides it takes days for them to respond).
If you're able to send us your files, we can test them on our end and let you know if we experience the same issue. At least that way we can try to send you a published link and narrow down what the issue may be. If you'd like to do that, please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:
I'll try to see if I can do that from another computer. I can't do ANYTHING including create a package on my system. I tried that earlier and it froze as well.

Sounds like you may want to run a quick repair of your Articulate software. You can learn how here. Let us know if that helps...
I'll try. Thanks. I'll get back to you.
