Tracking issues

Hi all,
Has anyone out there experienced the following:-
Any tracking issues when going through an e-learning course on an L.M.S. through a certain type of browser?
We have produced several e-learning courses with Articulate, placed them on this L.M.S. for our learners - BUT...
ever since the company who OWNS the L.M.S. has done an upgrade to their S.C.O.R.M engine, a lot of our learners have seen their tracking/scoring records wiped.
This company then said the following:-
1. Use
Internet Explorer or Google Chrome on a PC.
2. Use Chrome on a Mac.
Does this sound right to you guys???

Hi Keith,
I'm sorry to hear you're still having trouble with the LMS, it looks like I replied to a similar thread of yours last week, and I wasn't sure if you saw the reply.
