Tracking mouse clicks

Hello. I've created an activity that revolves around a "game board", and uses MCQ; I am using Presenter '09. Is there a way to track mouse clicks?

I want to be able to track the number of times they clicked on the right answer and generate score that'll determine if the course can be marked as completed or passed.
