Transparency and Flash

I've tried looking all over the forums for an answer to my problem, but the closest I came to one was more related to animated gifs.
My problem is simply that I have animated a title sequence for a section of a course, and I want the animation to sit over the slide background instead of just being solid white. I haven't found a setting or method to do this, and even the one source I found here for doing so was related to the logo area and not the main slide area.
Any tips on how to turn the white flash background transparent?

Hi Frank!
I'm not familiar with flash creation, but did you check out this thread?
That was the original thread I mention in the OP, about gifs. Unfortunately, this guy's solution was to turn the animated gif into a flash movie via fireworks, whereas I have created a flash movie (no gif component) and want it to have a transparent stage.
I feared that may be the case actually, but wanted to share just in case Have you tried publishing the course to see if that is a placeholder or is in-fact part of your flash file? Check out this thread as well.
Well now I feel silly. I published and tested, and the file has appropriate transparency! Thanks!
No problem Frank! Glad that was all it was Thanks for the update!
