I'm currently using PowerPoint 2010 (32 bit version) but am unable to insert a Quizmaker quiz or Engage Interaction into my presentation. Any help is greatly appreciated.
However, I continue to get a warning that there was an issue with the Articulate ribbon and it will be disabled. Is there anything I can do to keep this from happening?

I apologize for the issues that you're having. It sounds like the Communicator add-in is disabled. To resolve the issue, see the link below:

If you continue to have problems, are you able to click on any of the items on the Articulate menu?
