I'd recommend sending us your files due to the system-specific nature of the issue. Our support team will be happy to work with you to pinpoint and troubleshoot the issue. Please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:

Hi Peter, thanks for your response.

I think I've hit on a workaround, and I'm going to explore that next week (after I meet my deadline for the project).

I'll let you know what I find, and submit the package for examination if the workaround fails. If it works, thenI'll let you know what I did to avoid the problem.
