We are using Quizmaker09 at V3.3.1009.1313 - and none of the completed quizes will run correctly in anything other than IE. It is becoming increasingly embarrassing answering support calls with clients telling us that the quiz does not run correctly - them only being presented with the preloading wheel going around and around.

Hi John,
Sorry to hear about the difficulty. Our content is supported in all major web browsers. If you are having issues with content tracking in an LMS, the first thing I would do is contact your LMS to see what they have to say. The second thing I would do is take a look at this article for troubleshooting tips:
How about doing an overall bug fix so articulate doesn't freeze up on me or force me to restart 4 times a day? Ive had this problem every company I have had it. At least captivate does regular updates.
Hi Matthew and welcome to Heroes! Is there something particular you are doing when the program becomes unresponsive? Can you provide a little more detail about what's happening and we'll be happy to help you out.
Today, for example. Im just doing simple things like tweaking settings to re-publish and the powerpoint ellipse wont open. Just freezes. So I have to kill it and reboot. Restarting the program doesnt work. Im using office 2010
Are your project files located on a network drive by any chance? We recommend working exclusively on your C: drive. If you already are see if doing the steps in this screencast allow you to keep working if the app becomes unresponsive:

Are you, by chance, using the 64-bit version of Office 2010? If so, that could be the root of the issues you're experiencing. More here:
