I've created an Articulate file with a web object. I can view it perfectly in the 'Preview' facility in Articulate. I can publish it with no problem. When I upload it to Cloud Scorm and run it I get the following message: "Oops! Page not found! It looks like the file you were looking ofr is missing or has moved." Can anyone help please?
Brian, thank you for your response. I have made sure that the web object no longer has any underscores in the name. I've also changed the index .html file to reference the new web object name. I published the new Articulate file and uploaded this to Cloud Scrom - unfortunately, I still get the same error message. I checked the imsmanifest file, and this does have a reference in the manifest identifier that does have underscores in it. Does this make a difference?
Please be sure to include a description of your issue, your version of PowerPoint, version of Windows and version of Presenter '09 which you can find in Help and Support -> About Articulate Presenter. Please also include the URL for this thread so we can follow up with you in the forums.
Brian, I've uploaded a zip file (MyTeam) of the Articulate Presenter file. This contains 2 slide - one with a Shockwave movie (inserted as a web object) and a finish slide. I've also included the version of Powerpoint, Windows and Articulate Presenter in the response.

Hi Peter & welcome to Heroes,
Are they any special characters in the URL of the web object like underscores, spaces, or ampersands?

Hi Peter,
I'm not exactly sure what is going on. Would you mind submitting a support case to us so that we can take a closer look at the issue?
Please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:
Send to Articulate Presenter Package – Articulate Presenter ’09 Help
Upload the resulting zip file from your computer to our server using this upload form:
