Using hyperlinks to branch to different slides in Presenter

Hello! I am trying to simulate a click button to make text appear.. I tried using custom animations and that didn't work out because I also want it to trigger an audio file on click. So I created duplicate screens, so for example I have one slide that shows a "click me" button, which is hyperlinked to another slide that has the animation and audio start automatically on entry, then I have that slide automatically advance to the next slide which is another "click me" page..etc. However, I have issues when I preview this because my hyperlinks seem to have a mind of their own and go wherever they please. I have triple checked my paths etc. and cannot figure out what I am doing wrong?!!?
