I am using the Whiteboard background template in my Master and it looks great but when I publish the presentation the whiteboard suddenly only comes a third of the way down the screen so that some of the pictures are only 3/4 over the background. Anyone got any ideas on how I can fix it?
I think I know why this is happening. Did you by chance first open the Display Board in another application and then save again as a .png?
It appears the display board graphic was opened in another graphics editor and then resaved. I think that because the image is sized differently from the original graphic. I also noticed the graphic doesn't have the transparency around the corners like the original graphic.

I would check to make sure that your slide dimensions are supported by Presenter:

Thanks for your reply, I used the link you gave me and the page is set up correctly. What can I try next?
Hi Elspeth,
Is this the whiteboard template you're using? http://community.articulate.com/downloads/p/1460.aspx
Or, can you post a link to the one you downloaded? Just want to be sure I'm looking at the same one you are.

It is in here http://community.articulate.com/downloads/p/848.aspx and is the rounded corner one. Thank you for helping!!!!
Okay, just gave it a go and it worked fine on my end. Can you .zip and post a sample PowerPoint with the image inserted so I can take look at yours?
I hope this works

Here's a quick screencast on how I worked with the images: https://player.vimeo.com/video/204933183
Can you try re-downloading the graphics and then re-inserting the one you want to use?
