Hi, I have a video that works fine in my course when I preview it before publishing to my LMS (Halogen) but isn't working in Halogen. ???

Hi Jaime!

If you view published Articulate Presenter content on your local hard drive or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features to fail. To test your content and share it with others, you'll need to upload it to the environment for which it was published. Here's how.

In other words, be sure that you upload your presentation to your LMS, then login as an end-user and view the course.

You can also test this in SCORM Cloud to see if you get the same result, this will help you determine if the issue is with the presentation or the LMS. If you are unable to replicate in SCORM Cloud, you will need to follow up with your LMS team.
