When you say you have a video that is 2 hours are you saying that you have inserted a movie into your presentation that is 2 hours long? That might actually be problematic. if you continue to have difficulty, feel free to send us your project files so we can take a look:

I tried those things, and even tried cutting the video down to 30 min to see if that would help and it didn't. I'll submit my files.
