I am editing HD video(s) in Final Cut 7 and importing them into my module(s). All are under 8 mins. in length. Somewhere along the way, the video quality becomes badly degraded. Almost pixiled.
I've read some posts regarding the video's bitrate, but no specifics.
Can anyone tell me if this is a Final Cut export issue, a video encoder (Flash) issue, or a import issue?
It sounds like you're exporting the videos from Final Cut 7 to an FLV file. Is that right? If so, you might want to try exporting to MP4 files instead as they tend to be higher quality. Just make sure that you encode the file with the H.264 codec.
