I have converted an avi clip to mp4 using VLC Media Player. I then uploaded it into Presenter; it played well in the preview. However, when I publish it locally I can’t hear the clip's audio. Any idea what happened? Thanks.
Have you tried uploading it to a server for testing?
I suggest using SCORM Cloud for your course - it's a great place to test SCORM content.
Another option would be to use ourTempshareserver. Just keep in mind that this server is only available for testing content - it is not officially supported by Articulate and all content will be removed automatically after 10 days.
You're always welcome to try outArticulate Online, as well - it's available for a free 30 day trial.
If you upload the content to a server and you still don't hear the audio, are you able to share either the video or the Articulate Package, so I can take a look?
