Videos in course no longer auto-running

In Presenter 13, we have a course that's been available and running fine for over a year (in Cornerstone LMS). Recently we started receiving reports that the videos are not starting automatically anymore. The progress bar and the time counter are moving, but no media is playing. However if you hit the pause button, then play, the video starts to work. It’s like some signal to start the media when the slide displays has being lost.
Anyone encounter this problem recently? I don't know if it's related to the recent announcements by browsers like Chrome and IE that they are no longer supporting Flash, or if in the case of Safari, a recent build blocks video autostart.

Sorry that you've run into an issue, but sounds like you nailed it.
This is a function of HTML5 browsers that can't be controlled. Some browsers will autoplay videos, while others won't. If a video doesn't begin on its own, just tap it or click its play button.
