WHy isn''t there a Publish all option

I would put this in the improvement sections, but I'm having one of those days where I just can't find it.

It would be great if you could publish to word the entire presenter package, slides, engages and quizzes with one single click rather than having to open and publish each part sepearately then recombine them before sending them to the end user for comment.

they have specifically requested word copies for editing and review otherwise I'd just send them the online package.
