They would work if you choose the .flv download option they provide. Not sure if all of the videos have that, though. The ones I clicked on had an .flv download option.

If you did download the non-supported formats you could convert using the Articulate Video Encoder (if you have it). If not you can try Handbrake or Format Factory. Both are free products that will convert to other formats. Of course, there will be some degradation when converting the video formats.
