I am having problems attaching Word documents to Presenter 09. When a user clicks on the Attachment, it has been converted into a zip file - and when you extract it - the original Word document is not included in the extracted files. Is there a trick to this?
If you add a Word document, Excel spreadsheet, or PowerPoint presentation to your Articulate content that's in a Microsoft Office 2007 / 2010 file format (DOCX, XLSX, PPTX), it might get changed to a zip file in your published course. This is usually a MIME issue with your server.
